Challenge

After Aperto relaunched the e-commerce website of Rossmann in 2016, we expanded our services to Content Marketing. A great way, to offer more inspiration to customers, integrate seasonal topics and engage with the audience. However, the client wished to be more involved, to speed up production time and improve quality.

After Aperto relaunched the e-commerce website of Rossmann in 2016, we expanded our services to Content Marketing. A great way, to offer more inspiration to customers, integrate seasonal topics and engage with the audience. However, the client wished to be more involved, to speed up production time and improve quality.
Solution

We decided to apply agile principles to the content creation process. We adapted Kanban to our needs. This ment: Daily stand-ups, introduction of the pull principle, lean design solutions, Slack for internal chat, Confluence as central project communication tool, and earlier involvement of the client.
